Definition of Maria (verb)
1) someone who does housework* - not as a hobby but as a chore.
*usually consist of sweeping and mopping the floor.
2) mario- if a guy does the housework.

This is a term which I used frequently many years back and it seemed to be my sign-on weekend activities then. There was a sudden urge to blog about maria-ing after a conversation I had with my mom yesterday.

Mom: you hardly do much housework since 2 years ago.

Inference : I did more housework prior to 2 years ago.
Truth: I am still doing housework but less. the keyword is less.
Comfort: my mom finally acknowledged that I did lotsa houseworks many years ago.
