little joy is seeing this intially big white blank board being almost completed within 3 hours from projecting, sketching to painting.little joy is when u told ur students, "everyone just take one corner and just paint" and they did it without asking.
little joy is when you know ur students enjoy this mundane annual task into something enjoyable by cracking silly jokes with u.
