20 storeys... that's how much staircase i climbed today within 8 hours ( from 830 - 430). It was teaching minus 1 hr and 15 min of rest... or rather stoning and squeezing in my lunch in the staffroom.....
4 storeys... up to my sec 1
down one storey ... to my sec 2 ..forgot to bring my art materials to teach them... climbed TWICE, not once.. making it 3 storeys x 2 = 6 storeys..
1 storey up to my sec 1 again....
break for 30 mins...
3 storeys up for my sec 4..
break for 30 mins...
3 storeys up for another sec 4....
break for 15 mins... for a brief meeting....then...it another..
3 storeys up to my sec 4.. for lessons....
my poor legs (excluding the 'walk' i have in the class to ensure they are on tasks... buffaloes.. remember)..... my poor brain.... my poor soul....
another thursday DOWN!
